1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing and using Arcano Vivo you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Arcano Vivo is operated by GNX Marketing e Tecnologia Ltda, a Brazilian company (CNPJ 27.144.488/0001-87), headquartered at Rua Santa Cruz, 2187 — Vila Mariana, São Paulo/SP, Brazil, ZIP 04121-002.

Arcano Vivo offers online tarot readings with an interpretation generated by artificial intelligence and delivered by email, for purposes of entertainment, personal reflection and self-knowledge.

Readings are symbolic interpretations based on the selected cards and the user's question. They do not constitute predictions of the future, diagnoses, professional advice or guidance of any kind. There is no human or psychic service involved: the interpretation is fully automated.

3. Nature of the service

Arcano Vivo is an entertainment and reflection service. The readings:

  • Do not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice.
  • Do not guarantee specific results, predictions or outcomes.
  • Are symbolic interpretations generated by artificial intelligence based on the tarot tradition.
  • Should be used as a reflection tool, not as the sole basis for important decisions.

4. Eligibility

To use Arcano Vivo you must be 18 years of age or older, provide a valid email address and agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

5. Prices, payments and refunds

  • Your first reading is free, limited to one per email address.
  • Additional readings cost $3 per reading (one-time charge).
  • Payments are processed by Stripe (credit and debit cards, among other methods available at checkout).
  • The reading is generated and delivered by email after payment confirmation.
  • As this is a personalized digital product delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds after the reading has been delivered.
  • In case of a technical failure that prevents delivery, we will resend the reading or issue a full refund.

6. Acceptable use

By using the service, you agree to:

  • Not use the service for illegal purposes.
  • Not attempt to manipulate, hack or compromise the system.
  • Not submit questions with offensive, violent or illegal content.
  • Not resell or redistribute the service without authorization.
  • Not create multiple email addresses to obtain additional free readings.

7. Intellectual property

All Arcano Vivo content, including texts, images, design, logos and generated interpretations, is protected by copyright. The generated reading is for the user's personal use.

8. Limitation of liability

Arcano Vivo is not responsible for:

  • Decisions made based on the readings.
  • Subjective interpretations of the generated content.
  • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical failures.
  • Actions of third parties (payment providers, email providers, etc.).

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
